The property is old, the rooms need a major upgrade, construction in the room attached to ours started at 7am. There was no staff present at check in or check out.

The room was dirty. Went to wipe up some water i had dripped on floor rag turned black Found a random pill left on the floor which was very disturbing since this is a dog friendly hotel. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall and the toilet clogged multiple times. Wore my shoes in the shower. Towels had weird stains that appeared permanent. Did not check out pool so can’t comment on that. Was not a cheap weekend and I definitely expected a better experience. Wasn’t expecting 5 star amenities but, did expect cleanliness. Highly do not reccomend.

The one building Winterset or whatever should be closed down the room and every room on the west side of the building we're leaning at a slant like the whole top of the building was about to fall! But the staff were super friendly

I think for the price there was value in staying here. It was a close walk to the beach . the hot tub was HOT just like i like it! . the other heated pool was also nice and peaceful There was no blow dryer in the room but they were very nice and quick about bringing one to us. The only bad thing was the musty smell in the bathroom.

No easy electrical outlets. Coffee maker could only be usefdin bathroom sitting ont toilet tank. Bedlinen was insufficent for temp.and there is no heat available. Staff was always a chire to find.
