The front desk was very efficient, it was quiet and a great place for a night until we could get into our vacation place the next day. It was clean. Cracker Barrel around back-a very short walk. Great value.

This property is a bit outdated. The rooms are very basic but the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is OK. Location is convenient to the airport. The first room they gave us wreaked of mildew (on 3rd floor). The smell was so strong that I called the front desk and asked to be moved. The front desk manager was incredibly rude. When I told him the room smelled like mildew, he whispered, “I don’t care.” I paused and proceeded to request another room anyway.

Check in at front desk was ok.I ask for an upper accesable and they said room 135 was the last one Noticed water on bathroom floor by sink at check in room. Upon return from our eveing10:00pm The bathroom floor was covered with water so we put our only towels on floor and retired for the evening. We discovered in the morning 8am floor was covered with water and it was coming from the toilet which was loose on the floor I disabled, wanted a shower tbut all towels wher now on the floor. breakfast ended at 9 so we reported the problem after breakfast.still no shower(no towels) The desk clerk summond the mngr Nicole Hartmen.She had a bad atitude from the start about how I did not call the desk at 1100 pm of our date night as if we wanted a maintenence man there to fix toilet. in the morning 10 minutes before the breakfast ended. She would not even look at the toilet leaking all over the bathroom with all our allocated towels on floor. I asked for a refund and she said no way cut and dry . the worst mngr I have ever meet in my 64 years. Customer service is a joke with this women.I will bring this to the attention of comfort inn corp. too.
