We have stayed here a couple times before. Love the location. Parking is good and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. This time when we got to our room the toilet had splatter of poop in the toilet seat and under the seat. That was our only issue. The pool is small but we didn’t stay here for the pool.

Door wouldn’t lock and the front desk lady was a little rude but other than her the other employees were great. The woman that ran the kitchen was amazing she engaged in conversation with everyone and was extremely friendly!

It was perfect for our one night stay to visit Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Clean and comfortable. My son really liked the gym on site as well.

A black stocking was left in the room under the bench. Did cleaning staff forget to sweep? It would have been nice to get replacement towels when our used towels were removed. We shared the one towel that was provided. The front desk clerk said there was a shortage on towels. ( suggestions: then leave the used ones, and we’ll reuse them). Please provide those makeup remover packs each day.

When we got there we were met with the roll of the eyes to see who was going to check us in. Only one of the rooms was ready so I offered it to my friend. My son and I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes for our room. We went to our room and it was in the middle of being cleaned. We went back downstairs and waited another 20 minutes before returning to the room which was finished. Also you could hear the slamming of the doors whenever anyone left their room. The only highlight of our stay was the attendant at Sunday breakfast. Very nice, helpful and she kept everything clean and stocked.

Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful This is close to the trolley station that takes you to the heart of Fort Myers beach. Breakfast was ok. My daughter loved the pancakes but the eggs and sausages were tasteless and sausage like cardboard.

This was a clean and newer holiday inn that was overpriced . My family and I stayed one night before we could check in to our resort on captiva island. Kids ran up and down the hall waking us early. The free breakfast was actually very good. I would have been happy to have paid $150 for the night. Unfortunately I paid $259 which is too much!
