We had 2 hotels, 1 at this location, 1 in Orlando for DisneyWorld. When we returned to our room at this hotel our fridge was cleaned out of our water & energy drinks by staff. We spoke to front desk about it, they said the manager was on site & it would get resolved by that night. Spoke to them again 2 days later & they said there had not been an update. They said they would go ahead & issue credits. Its been a month since our stay & we recieved no credits or reimbursement for the stolen items.

Overall, it was an average stay. However, there was only one elevator working, which was quite slow. What topped that off was the morning we checked out. We were waiting to get on the elevator, and one of the housekeeping staff seemed to be cleaning her cart, and putting things where they belong. We were holding multiple bags and been the first to push the elevator button. Finally, the elevator comes to our floor, she proceeded to get on and as we started to go in, she put her hand up and said, “I’m going to the next floor”, preventing us from getting on.. Yes, there was enough room, and we found it SO disrespectful that she watched us holding all of our items and “cut us”. There staff clearly need to be taught kindness and courtesy, as she must’ve forgot she works somewhere where customers should be given that.
