Here are the pros and cons:Pros - the house is as shown in the pictures - updated, well decorated, beautiful backyard setting on the canal, nice neighborhood - one of the bedrooms shown in the pictures with 2 twin beds now has them pushed together with bedding on them to make one big bed, which we were happy to see - Jim is the local contact and is quick to respond so for the issues we had like the heater in the home stopped working - he was on it and a repair man was here within a few hours Cons - there is a small step from the living room to the dining room and living room to kitchen. There is also a small step from the sitting area in the primary bedroom to the sleeping area. For most people this wouldnât be a big deal but I was traveling with my elderly parents so we were constantly reminding them about the steps so no one would fall on the hard tileâŠsharing in case others are themselves or are traveling with an older crowd - miscommunications: there is a welcome binder for the home with info, rules, tips, etc. The binder lists a couple of streaming options included. I spent time researching movies we would enjoy watching on those platforms and after being able to log in the first night, the owner removed the TV from the subscription and we were just told, sorry that wasnât supposed to be included. I also reached out in advance to ask about a wagon or any way to transport beach supplies and was told there wasnât any so I bought a fold-up wagon and brought it with
