LESS THAN SATISFACTORY STAY

REFERENCE OCEAN VILLAGE SS 4103 12/14/20 to 2/27/21 TENT William Koser Reservation #583806165 VRBO Property #1804899 The following is a summary of the conditions connected with the above rental: 1. The washer and dryer had to be replaced 2. The dishwasher had to be replaced 3. The refrigerator has significant rust on the door closures 4. The sink in the 2nd bathroom almost will not drain 5. The hot water was only lukewarm, not hot 6. The blinds in the 2nd bedroom do not freely open, close and shutter 7. The blinds in the master bedroom do not open, close and shutter properly 8. Both toilets continually run and refill on their own 9. Both sliding doors and storm shutters make a loud banging and rattling noise in normal high winds 10. One side of the oven door handle is not attached (Prone to break off) 11. It is obvious the apartment had a mold problem in the past. The mold on the pocket door was never cleaned off. 12. The TV had only a minimum channel package without most popular channels 13. The apartment feels damp and has a musty smell much of the time (Possible a dehumidifier problem) 14. There is no garbage disposal 15. The advertisement for the apartment said there is a restaurant & tiki bar, both were close most of stay. It was reported the closures were because a COVID-19 problem 16. There was almost no enforcement of the local COVID-19 restrictions throughout the complex. As a matter of fact, when we arrived, we were told that only our building required masks 17. There was a small green wreath on our door that was there when we arrived. We were told the condo association said it was a decoration that had to be taken down. We took it down, yet in the hall there is a long wooden bench with several pairs of shoes that is OK?? 18. Quite frequently was an extensive backup of cars at the entrance that requires you to wait on Ocean Drive, not only a frustration but a safety condition. We were told we could not get an express pass because we were not there for 3 months. ALL IN ALL LESS THAN A SATIFACTORY STAY THAT DID NOT MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE OCEAN VILLAGE AND VRBO LISTING/ADVERTISMENT! Keep in mind that you still owe me my $500 Deposit William Koser
