The receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She made sure we were on the ground floor for my husband who has limited mobility. When we couldn’t get the TV to work she came to the room and found the problem for us. A connection had come loose from the wall. Would definitely recommend.

TV wouldn't work, we used our own hotspots. Front desk forgot to mute the phone when they said they were calling their boss about the Wi-Fi issue so we heard all of that conversation. Elevator sounded like it was going to fall down and shook. The night shift employee the first night we were there was super sweet but the rest couldn't be bothered. Location is nice. Outside area is nice.

Friendly and confy

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The fire alarm did go off at 3:45am, but that was no fault of the staff and they were helpful and apologetic about the whole deal.

When we arrived with our reservations, we waited an extended time to check in late at night due to a credit card issue with a customer ahead. I don't blame the girl at the desk for this. The elevator sounded unsafe like it wouldn't make it to the third floor. The doors looked like the rooms had been broken into. The rooms were old and smelled dirty. No refrigerator. The room did not match the pictures at all. The pictures had obviously been taken at another location, or a specific room.. Overall, a run down dirty looking hotel not worth the charges. Also, while I was in the bathroom, someone spent an extended amount of time trying to get into my room. The man apologized and said he was given the wrong room.

One night stay was great!

We just stayed one night to have dinner with our son on our way back from Alabama to Oklahoma City but it was a great experience and the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
