The staff was friendly and helpful, giving me ice out of the office refrigerator bc the ice machine was not working. The room had a full kitchen, but the headboard lights were not functioning and the light fixture in the bathroom was open into the ceiling. The patio door into the atrium (which I did not feel comfortable enjoying alone, but seemed nice) did not have a locking latch; instead a bar preventing the door from sliding was the lock. Around the property I noticed abandoned trailers. Maybe I got what I paid for?

Liked. The idea of having a simi indoor pool. Rooms with access to atrium. Dislikes. Dirty rooms. Pillows are not changed. Tile broke everywhere. Pool not kept up. People smoking everywhere. No one to enforce no smoking rule. My security door lock was broken. Can't lock sliding doors from outside. Hotel is not kept up.

Good hotel in transition at this time

It was useful for overnight. But, the transition to the new hotel, Atrium, is a pain for travelers and prices should more reflect the inconveniences. The staff are doing the absolute best that is possible.

Staff was wonderful. Had a broken toilet and it was fixed immediately. As others have said it is very old and needs improvements. Flooring tiles are loose kitchen is warn and dirty cupboards. It was ok. I would consider coming back with improvements

We have read other reviews for this property that said it wasn't very good but we absolutely loved it because the room was quaint, although it had a few small issues like a missing tile on the floor or something. Other than that it was really nice. The atrium and swimming area are just absolutely spectacular, with mature ficus and other trees growing up past 20 feet tall. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We are so glad we found this particular Hotel because it's right about halfway on our route to go visit our family in Fort Worth from New Mexico and we will be staying here again. It is also pet friendly with just a $20 fee.

This is an affordable hotel for a quick stay. They can definitely make some improvements. The door strip under the front door still allows mosquitos into the room. The windows are cracked, the toilets need to be changed to commercial toilets. The pool and spa are nice and in a unique setting but rooms need some work. The bed felt new and comfy.

The staff is all super nice and helpful. They are doing some fixin on it but everything inside is really wow. Pool nice Jacuzzi hot and sauna nice! We really enjoyed our stay we had a suite and felt like a steal for the price. We very much enjoyed our stay.
