The front desk staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He represented the hotel well. The room was clean and suited our needs. The website said there was breakfast, but we were informed that there is only coffee.

There was a used con dom on the sidewalk. The fan and bathtub didn't work well and the shower curtain smelled moldy. The lights were flickering and some lights didnt even work. The bed wasn't a real bed, but instead a large brick of foam. I would NEVER stay at this property again.

The pool Area was under maintenance for the season, but that’s because it’s January. Other than that, everything was clean, there were no stains on the mattress, and everything was stocked well.

What a memorable stay! Check-in was a breeze, even after checking in late. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Restroom had an inoperable exhaust fan, but all other features were great! A/C was so comfortable and set just right for the night. There was a list of places to order or eat at in this area. The pool was clean and under an actual atrium! Definitely recommend this location for anyone to stay.

Rooms were large and clean with kitchenettes. Bed was comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner. Towels are small and rough. Small bars of soap. Pool is heated. Jacuzzi not working. Staff is really nice and accommodating.

Staff was courteous, did a good job at telling me location of room. The room was spacious. The negative thing was that my room was close to the trash dumpsters and the truck that came to empty them came at 5:30 am and was very loud.
