Clean and Comfortable

Easy check-in process. I wish there was a way to include pets up front when booking instead of at the desk at check-in time. Room was clean and had necessities. The pillows were great, the bed was very firm, a little too firm for my liking but that is personal preference. Although off any main route, a lot of semi-trucks park across the street next to McDonald's and you can hear them driving by during the night. Has a large grass area you can walk your dog for a potty break and to stretch their legs.

I had to do my check -in outside at 12:30 and 40 degrees. Security reasons she said... Well buy a gone or get a day job, but don't let your customer outside at midnight in the winter for 15 minutes while you slowly process the registration,

Cheap hotel!! I can't expect less the shower head broke, the exhaust fan in the bathroom with dust,the a/c dirty coil that gift me allergy, cabinet door broke and old towels.

The best part about this property was its location to the highway. The room smelled and felt unclean. The property is run down and very out dated. Even after trying to switch rooms, I quickly realized that the odor was from old carpet, beds, smoke, and possibly mold. The sink and tub both drained very slow and i didn’t care to see dirty water sitting in both. The front desk staff was nice and smiling. This is truly a motel and one should expect to be paying by the hour. I should have chosen a Hilton property lol.
