They deactivated our room keys at 9:30 a.m., and checkout is at 11:00 a.m. The bathtub is very slippery, which is a hazard for disabled guests. The front desk person seemed upset at breakfast time.

Very nice clerk but when we walked in the room it smelled so strong of whatever they cleaned it with it was unbearable. She was very nice and gave us a different room key to try but it smelled just as bad. So I ate the 40 dollar charge and we booked a room at the new Sparks hotel right off the highway. They were not even officially open yet. They are having the grand opening next week, that’s why it didn’t show up in the options. It was new, very nice and no smell

The initial room they gave me had not been cleaned. The bed was not made up and dirty towels were on dirty sheets. It was after 7:00 pm when I checked arrived.

Late check in was a breeze. Towels and bedding were clean and comfy. Everything was up to our satisfaction on our roadtrip stop. They even had good breakfast the morning after our check in.
