Room had a door tat was peeling and wouldn’t close off the bathroom. AC’s would not cool no matter how low you set them. Front desk lady was less than helpful. We asked to switch rooms and second room was a bit better. Same AC issue, but at least door would shut to the bathroom.

The owner and staff were so sweet, nice and polite. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The view from our room was amazing. Plus the little beach area with chairs and umbrellas was great for an evening relaxation with grandchildren.

The room was clean and well kept. There was one employee who was extremely friendly and always busy. I'm not sure she has any help. The pool was not in a condition to swim in, very dirty. What I assume we're employees, congregated in the hallway several nights, outside of people's rooms, and talked very loudly. We requested room service 3 nights into our stay because we needed fresh towels, but they never came. Decent for the cost. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Weekend getaway

Very surprised with this property, although an old property it has been updated. The amenities such as the private beach and water rentals was a plus. All staff was polite and friendly. One disappointment was not being able to apply my stay for choice awards eventhough it was a choice property. It was booked through this site.

The new pool area was great but the hours were terrible. Room was nice but to pay extra for the “bay view” was not worth it because it looks out to a parking lot and everyone can see in when they are parking. Breakfast was not great.
