Charge me $40 for incidentals that i dont ever use or get. Do not instantly take the charge off bill. Say it will come off in 3 to 5 business days....beats all I ever stepped in! Here let me hold 40 bucks of yours for 5 days...ugh

Air conditioning problems the entire stay. When we got to the room it was hot so I checked the thermostat. It was set on 71, yet then temp in the room was 75. We asked front desk and they said oh just keep turning it down. That didn’t work. It reached as hot as 77 in the room. We were sweating all night. It was completely ridiculous for the price we paid for this hotel. You shouldn’t have to sweat at $250 a night.

Nice hotel located near the Convention Center.

Very nice hotel in a historic building in Ft. Worth. It was a reasonably priced hotel located near the Convention Center. Nice and clean and very quiet.

Pay top dollar and only clean room every second day and then knocking on door early knowing well you would still be in bed. Seems like they do this to get out of cleaning your room.
