Staff was nice and so was the service. I wish they would pay attention to details when cleaning the rooms. Hair in shower and bed, room not vacuumed, our kids couldn't swim due to high chlorine and no air flow circulation.

At first sight, walking down hall carpet has not been vacuumed in a long time. Spills and stains all down the hall and elevator area. Has a gross smell through out hall. The room didn’t smell as strong but still had odor. Room carpet was not vacuumed in awhile either which leads me to assume it was cleaned to look decent at first glance. Carpet was dirty enough I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Tiles in room entrance were broken, bathroom baseboards were dirty. We left for dinner and asked if it counts be vacuumed and response was to come back when we were back and they would go up to the room. We weren’t back until 1am so there was no point having them vacuum and wake up other people. Overall not recommended. Highly disappointed.

I checked in at 3:00 with I’m assuming the manager and she wasn’t very welcoming. So I got my room key and went to my room and noticed right away. The showers were dirty and full of hair. I checked the sheets and it was dirty and full of pubic hair. So I go back down to the front desk to let them know what’s wrong with my room. Lady(Chrystal) didn’t seemed shocked or nothing like this happens all the time. So she offered me refund but I just wanted another room. So finally I get another room. As I’m changing rooms, she asked me what did I mess up like really. So being accused of something is totally out of line. I will definitely not book at this location.

Nice property, close to downtown Fort Worth and Panther Island pavilion, also close to a lot of food places so you don’t have to go that far out of the way to have a good meal.
