The staff at night is fine, she was amazing, no issues. The person in the daytime is rude, I called to verify my lost item was found and he started arguing with me and saying he don’t understand what I’m saying. I explained again and from there he put me on hold to come back in 2 mins saying he didn’t find anything and hung up in my face. Luckily I’m in a great mood today I let him slide but I will say to you sir, you applied for this job, you went on the interview and did orientation not me. Get in a better state of mind when working in customer service. Have a good one. I do not recommend staying here unless they are the only hotel left.

Check-in was fine. Room was outdated and there were big traps on the floors. The “bed” pillows were small 10x10 throw pillows so I went down to ask for a couple of additional pillows and asked if they had king size pillows. Not on my do they not have regular pillows, they didn’t have any “extra” small pillows either, Then at 10pm the toilet overflowed and again we called down to ask if they could just plunge it, nope there was nobody on staff. So we changed rooms. Then the next day they didn’t clean the room, which is fine, we just need washcloths and towels since we left them on the floor to be switched out. So we called down to the front desk, the response was “can’t you come down and get them”. The attitude was so poor and no apologies over our experience. I would not recommend staying here at all. Customer service does not exist anymore
