When we arrived the room was in terrible condition the bedding had stains on it and the room smelled awful. It also looks nothing like the photos provided. They do no maintenance throughout the hotel all of trash cans were full and over flowing the one by the coffee place smelled awful. We asked to switch rooms because there were roaches coming out of the bathroom drain , and I woke up to a bug in our bed. The new room we were switched to was also mediocre cleaned. There was tooth paste all over the sink, the bedding was awful and smelly, we were there for 5 days and not once did they attempt to do any house keeping or offer us new towels. I had to go ask for towels. The pool was disgusting and so dirty, it doesn’t even sound like any pool pumps or anything are on. On our last night there we were woken up at 3am with our children in the room with a man banging on our door, it frightened my kids and myself there were hiding behind the wall we can see their shoulder on the side of the wall, we attempted to call the front desk to let them know but the phone does not work in the room. Stay away from this hotel. Never again!!! Oh and they charge 10$ per night for parking which is not mentioned anywhere!

The stay was good. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the ac worked great. The hotel was quiet not a lot of noise. Plenty of parking. The gal who chexked us in was friendly. I would stay there again.

I didn't notice that most of the rave reviews had to do with how close this property is to the beach. We found that the place wasn't particularly clean (including a dead roach when we first got there). The bed was uncomfortable. The front desk didn't pick up two of the three times we called. We couldn't get the wifi to work. I didn't like that they would only clean the room once in seven days unless we paid more and even then, we had to change out our own towels.
