After my flight to Frankfurt was cancelled due to snow and I was stuck in Holland, the hotel refused to refund my prepaid reservation via hotels.com even though I had no way to get to Frankfurt. This is the perfect place to stay while I was in Frankfurt. The hotel is located in quiet neighborhood with proximity to restaurants (many great international foods), U-Bahn station, and a mall which has a drug store, a supermarket, and a decent food court (restaurant foods are better of course). You will feel safe walking through the neighborhood.

Good choice of place to stay

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is convenient to Frankfurt Main station (train) but far enough away from the sketchy neighbour hood. It is a nice area; I slept well here, especially as the rooms windows opened for fresh air. Nice gesture of the front desk lady to offer me a coffee upon check in.

What I liked the most was the location, very close to the ISH 2025 venue. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety, but the quality was good despite the few options available. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was too small, making it almost impossible for two people to be there at the same time without getting in each other’s way.
