The representative who helped me was not personable. I didn't have wifi in the room. They make you pay for wifi if you're not a member. This should be a service included with the stay. I was not able to reach the front desk with the room phone

I was a bit disappointed. Elevators were mostly out of service. Doorknob on the bathroom dislodged and locked me in for a bit. Shower door had a gap between itself and the wall, leading to a mess of water escaping to the floor. Not great. Staff were amazing and the proximity to the airport after a long flight in (and another one out) is a big help. The property just needs a bit of tender, loving care.

This hotel is few minutes walking distance from terminal using covered transfer galleries. Very convenient. Restaurant was open late and very early in the morning we were able to have coffee and croissant in the lobby free of change. Very good value for money.

After a handful of somewhat disappointing stays going back to 2023, the hotel is back at cruising altitude, great service and everything the way one would expect. Much appreciated.

The staff was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent! We also strongly recommend the Taverne restaurant located there as well!
