We had an awful experience here, starting with the check in process. After taking 15 minutes to check in the employee could not code the key card correctly for us so we never received a copy of the key card for our room. Luckily we were only staying one night. The room itself was dirty, dark black hairs on the bedding and there was writing on the sheets. There was no soap in the bathroom and the room had a smell.
