Disappointment

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The sheets were torn, there were cockroaches. When I made the reservation, it said there was daily housekeeping, but it was only once because I had to ask for it. The room stank. They changed my towels twice. It smelled like marijuana. I can say I don't recommend this place to anyone

It was terrible! And the company doesn’t offer refunds, even if it’s due to a hurricane! Rude when I called. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER recommend this company!

In room 130, 2 wks prior to my last visit, the 3 panel wall art behind the beds weren't hung in proper order. I left them alone & didnt change anything. My recent visit I was given the same room. I noticed while I was away the pictures were still hung incorrectly. I was able to SWITCH the 2 end pictures and made the scene on the wall corrected. The wall picture looks MUCH better than before. Thank you.
