The room needs a total renovation. There were stains on the curtains, walls. Floors didn’t look clean—a dead roach in the bedroom corner along with other small debris. The twin mattress for the sofa bed was flat and looked very well used, with crumbs under the bed protector. The air conditioner was not working it was extremely hot. Mold growth in the shower caulk. Honestly not sure why there are any good reviews about this place. The true definition of you get what you pay for.

We stayed for a weekend because our home is being renovated, so we are from the area. Staff was very friendly and hopeful. Patricia head housekeeper was very helpful! I called because the rooms are much warmer than my family would prefer. She came in and tried to adjust the temperature, unfortunately the hotel controls the temp for all rooms. She found a solution right away and offered to bring us a fan. While she was there asked if we needed clean towels or anything else. The following day my toddler grandson had an accident and I asked her for cleaning supplies and she came right back with rags, cleaning supplies and gloves! Everyone I came in contact with at the front desk was very welcoming and kind to not just my husband and I but as well as our grandchildren. Thank you.

Staff was nice, inside lobby and outside was greatly kept up. Even the room was nice and big for the price. BUT it was quite dark, even with all the lights on. Not a problem normally, but I was staying for a whole week. It got kinda depressing after a few evenings basically living by candle light. I also would've given it a 4 or maybe even 5 stars if there wasn't a massive hole punched out of the wall where the air condition was coming out of, which made it louder than usual. The air condition never got below about 74 degrees, which sucks because sometimes I want it a bit cooler. Finally, on the last evening I was there, I put my stuff down on the night-stand next to my bed and a huge bug went running from under my book and into the drawer. And my room was on the 4th floor. Clearly a symptom of it being very dark in the room. ----- Honestly, if I hadn't noticed the bug next to my bed, my whole feelings about this place would be different. Its actually a really nice hotel for the price, and despite some of my negatives, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

Staff was ok: willing to help but not going out of there way. The place was nice: dated and rundown in places, but nice. The size of the room, layout, and options were awesome. So nice to have a suite with a door on the “bedroom”. And the living space was roomy and well planned.
