Receptionist seemed annoyed/had a bad attitude when checking us in. No milk/ juice options for young kids/toddlers. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am on weekends. No coffee or any easy breakfast foods were out to grab and go in the morning for early risers.

Very disappointed with management

My husband and I had a rare getaway, while attending a wedding in OH. We checked into our room after the wedding, late at night. We were both tired. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush. We had to use the public toilet by the lobby which was a long hallway away. It was a PAIN! In the morning when i told the manager she asked which room we were in and then replied "Oh" No apology! I didn't expect to get anything other than an apology and the assurance that it would be fixed for the next people coming into the room!

The morning breakfast was great. The only draw backs were an odd smell as you walked down the hall and into the room. It smelled a little like smoke and we had booked a non-smoking room. Finally, the TV only had 1 channel. Neither remote worked to allow channel changing.

I would not recommend wasting money at this hotel. Breakfast was not good and the cereal was stale. Elevator was "broken". We had to request an extra towel daily. On the last day of our stay dirty towels were not taken out of the room, fresh towels were not replaced, AND housekeeping left our door open for anyone to go in while our belongings were clearly visible! Unacceptable! Upon complaining to the person at the front desk, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to let us use the elevator that had been "broken" and began to remove the "out of order" sign. * Find another hotel!

Was not expecting much as we booked 3 rooms to avoid driving home after a 3:30 pm football game start. Very nice property. I was impressed with the rooms, the beds were comfortable and the linens were quite nice. We will definitely book here again. The only negative was the elevator was out of service so we had a long walk and stairs to get to our second floor rooms.

The parking lot is very well lit. All night. The blinds did not close fully, so the room was partially lit. All night. Although it was helpful before i tried to sleep, as half the room lamps did not work. Oh, and NO TV. No channels, no Netflix, no access even through the scan code with my phone. Arrrggghhhh. Oh, and no bathmat! Bed was comfortable, though, and room was decently equipped. Some of the stuff worked.
