Room was clean, not in walking distance to any restaurants tho had to drive about 10 minutes away but the downtown area is cute. Beds comfortable, renovated rooms were nice. We stayed on second floor and the foundation seemed to be falling when you walk out of the door so that was scary.

It took an entire hour to check into our room. Never in my life have I waited that long. We had an event we needed to be at and we planned to get ready in the hotel beforehand. The guy checking everyone is was blaming the slow equipment but he was not in a hurry at all to help anyone. He was also making small talk with everyone and allowing guests to go inside and check out the rooms in order to make a decision on what they wanted?! WHAT?! I CHOSE online what room I wanted and he still asked me. I WANT THE ROOM I BOOKED AHEAD OF TIME. He couldn't find anyone's reservation even if they had all the confirmations codes, etc. It was seriously awful.
