We accidentally booked this Piccadilly meaning to book the one in town and after reading some of the reviews I was worried! It ended up being totally fine. It’s an older property and a bi outdated but clean overall. There are definitely a few maintenance issues I could see - broken card reader on the door to the executive area for example. But if you can get it for a decent price, it’s totally fine for a one night stay! Staff were kind and super helpful.

The hotel was clean, but it needs a major update. Updates needed are bathroom, TV, furniture was worn out. Definitely need additional power outlets with USB option. Just needs an overhaul updated in a major way. The hotel is stuck in 1980's decor.
