The room smelled like cigaret smoke in a non smoking room, the air driers didn’t work in any of the rooms, other costumers blast their music all the way to 3 a.m. and the staff won’t say anything until you call them and complain. Then they want to come to your room and ask you where the noise is coming from. As if they can’t hear it themselves. My room key would not open. I would have to try both keys multiple times just to get it to open. They need to change out the batteries more often.

ROACHES!!!! Sink and toilet over flows! You pay what you get, sad but true! Outside of hotel looked filthy but entrance to hotel ‘LOOKS’ like upgrading but the room…lamps wobbly, fridge freezes water! Will not recommend!

Do not stay here, smells like damp smoke and possible mold weird smell. The worst part is infested with roaches, disgusting. I ended up getting another hotel after 2 hours of all the roaches smh don’t waste your money

The area seemed sketchy as a whole from the start, but I tried not to think of it too much. I then checked in to see the condition of the room. The room looked very old and dark. The lights were dim. Then there were bugs in around the furniture including the bed. I checked out immediately and got a room in another hotel nearby

I tried checking in close to 11 and was told it would be 10$ every hour I check in before 3 . She said it would be 50$ extra . I leave and come back and hour early thinking I would pay just 10$ and another person told me it would be 20$ I said why it’s 2:15 it’s not even an hour and he said check in between 11-3 is 20$ extra . I was still charged the 20$ extra along with extra 100$ deposit just for a few minutes early after I was trying to check in earlier and I kept coming back to try and check in but wasn’t trying to pay too much since I was traveling alone. That was the worst experience and I would never be going back or would ever recommend to anybody .

Fridge didnt work. Security doors were left open. Elevator doesn't work. Surfaces and floor poorly cleaned. But the price is right and it's right next to the college. It qas a fifteen minute walk to the library for my meetings.

Kind of sketchy, but so close to the college that it's worth it. The water got hot fast and the AC worked great. Security needs some improvement and they need to check in on the appliances.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon checking in I asked for a ground floor room. The desk person warned me of a roach problem. It was late so I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked for a room upstairs. You have to a code to get in the gate to get to parking lot of room. The sign on the door says to use room key card to access rooms. Lock was broken on the door so didn’t even need to use room key. Elevator was broke so had to use stairs. Get to our room and it was absolutely disgusting. No towels in the bathroom, mold in the shower, ironing board in plain sight with big brown reddish stain, mattresses on both beds with several and I mean several brownish red stains. Just gross. Needless to say we did not stay but we’re charged for 1 night of a 2 night stay.

When we checked in and they told us we had a 10 minute grace period to cancel... I should've done that. The windows had no screens and opened all the way (we were on the second floor). Also no working phone and it was filled with cockroaches. Worst stay ever. Shower pressure was good though.

I should have know when check-in guy said “you have 30 minutes to get a new room if this one is not to your liking.” Well, can you say scattering cockroaches when I light turned on. In the nightstand drawer from under the bed and at least 20 every time I turned on light in bathroom Room 158 can’t be the only one!!!

Staff was friendly and informative. The room and halls smelled like a cigarette was lit all day long. There was roaches in the fridge and bathroom. The microwave was dirty. The fridge was very dirty, unplugged and had bugs inside. The tv only had 8 working chanels. The bathroom sink had a cigarette shoved inside and it sprayed water from the back of the faucet when turned on. The floors had crumbs from previous tenats i guess. There was a 10 minute window to refuse to stay there but with no other available rooms anywhere else, we didnt have a choice. Wont be back and do not recommend at all. Especially with kids
