The lady at the reception desk was rude. There was an issue regarding parking. We had a hard time understanding her and needed more explanation of which we felt she was impatient with us as hotel guests. Also, the air conditioner in our room dripped water onto the floor all night. We had to put towel on the floor to absorb the water.

The parking garage is extremely difficulty to get in and out of. There was no information on having to pay to use the hot tub in any of the details of the property. Parking should be included as well as any amenity uses such as the hot tub.

This hotel is centrally located in the town, offering excellent convenience for both transportation and daily needs. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We booked a family room and initially worried that having only one bathroom might be inconvenient, but were pleasantly surprised to find that the toilet and shower were separated—an ideal setup for a family. The hotel also provides a parking area, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. The breakfast selection was extensive, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Our family of four booked last minute in order to have a full day at the Neuschwanstein and Schloss Hohenschwanhau Castles. We were thrilled with our stay. Friendly and courteous staff, very clean, great location, delicious breakfast, and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely a five-star hotel! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to travel to see the castles. The most quiet and best sleep of our trip in Europe over these past 3 weeks!
