Room #501 is the perfect corner until. Quiet, nice view of the freeway, very spacious. Large jetted tub was perfect to soak in after a long day. It fits this 6’2” body perfectly. Water pressure in shower and tub were powerful. Room was spotless. Staff respond led quickly. Ice machine needed to be cleaned. This black slimy stuff was all ice the ice that came out so I didn’t use it. Informed the front desk. .

Everything was great until 7 in the morning some construction workers began working on our window! Insanely loud banging drilling continued until we left. my husband and i were so upset we posted videos to yelp. next time make sure there isn’t someone in the room before beginning construction. what a waste of money.

This is the third time staying at this hotel, and it’s been great every single time! Staff was great, rooms were clean our jet tub that we paid extra for did go out the second day, but we were immediately helped and relocated to another room. Nothing too major to mention, except on the second day, we did get ice from the ice machine, and there seem to be big chunks of grey stuff in it and not too sure if it was mold or not. :( will still definitely stay at this location again.

Room smelled. Seemed like it had not been exposed to sun light for months. Also the hallway for the entire 5th floor smelled like a bazaar overseas. The hallway was so bad that the staff had the stairwell door open the entire three days I was there. Ownership needs to use an ozone machine in rooms and hallways. Staff was very friendly. Otherwise, rating would have been far less.

It was a simple room but it was clean! Everyone is nice and helpful. The only not so good thing is you can hear people from the next door but it wasnt a problem at all.
