Family overnight trip

Great hotel. LOVED that they had a heated pool and functioning hot tub. Breakfast was good. Kids had a great time! Beds were a kind of rock-hard, but overall will be staying here again.

My partner & I go once a month as date night, phones are shut off & just enjoy each other's company. It's very comfortable & clean. It's about 30 miles from home, we wouldn't go anywhere else, & we've tried other places. They are so friendly & accommodating. Always a 5 star experience.

This hotel discriminated against my disabled mother in law and her service dog. They were extremely rude. The rooms had lady bugs and stink bugs all over the place. The hot tub bubbles and heat didn’t work. Nor did the handicap chair lifts for the pool and hot tub. We won’t be coming back here at all. They’ve definitely lost our business and we visit the area often.

I didn't like the fact we had to go to the front desk a few times because the key cards keep deactivating, also the handle on the toilet kept sticking and the running water to fill the reserve tank was loud
