The wait for check in the last two times we have been to Harrahs in Funner Ca has been close to 30 min. They very much cater to the avid gambler, so unless you're a card holder it's a slow process. The individuals at the check in are always very nice and helpful as well as the valet. It took us an hour to get out meal at Hells Kitchen and close to another half hour wait for security to appear and then look for a lost item. The pool looks fun however we didn't have time to use it unfortunately. If you're looking for a loud smoky casino with a lot of lines. . .you're in the right place.

Just an overnighter for us and this hotel/casino worked out perfectly. The only suggestions would be to fix the broken hand towel bar. The comfort bed was so-so. Other than this we enjoyed our weekend overall.

Check in sucked the wait was bad, I called ahead and requested a room by our friends and was told they would take a note and accommodate us. The AC in our room didn’t work so maintenance was in our room in the middle of the night. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Everything closes at 8 which should only be closed for the children, it’s still light outside at 8 and we couldn’t swim anymore.

Biggest issue was the pool. How in today's world can you allow smoking out on a public pool deck? espcially with so many children around. This will be the main reason that I will now go to Gaylord Resort in Chula Vista, CA instead. New, modern, and no smoking at the pool deck.

We loved our short getaway! The pool was great, casino was fun and the restaurants were all good. If you’re looking to relax by the pool I would avoid it on weekends, but if you’re looking for a party vibe definitely come to enjoy the DJ and book a cabana for the day! The casino has a good variety of slots and table games! Food was also great! We ate at Hell’s Kitchen, The Cafe and ‘Rita’s! No disappointments at all!
