4 day get away

This was our first time to stay at a RedRoof Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. While the room wasn't huge, it was plenty big enough for two people. It was obvious that the hotel has recently been renovated. The room was nice and for the most part it was clean. However, after walking on the floor in my sock feet, you could tell the floor needed mopping. The bed was comfortable. We slept really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good. My only complaint is there wasn't a do not disturb sign to hang on the door. Each day we had to wait for housekeeping to come around before we could leave for daily activities. The hotel is definitely well worth the cost. If we ever go to Gadsden again, we will stay at this hotel.

The room itself was nice. Only bad part was they put me in a room I was in the middle and a family on both sides has numerous dogs! They parked and yelled all night long! Did not get any rest. Only to wake up this morning to the same thing plus a kid screaming at the top of his lungs

The clerk was wonderful. Once arriving to the room we were in there 3mins too before I noticed a very large ROACH. Not water bug ROACH staring at me from the dresser top. Left with my kids and was refunded. I drove 6hrs and didn’t trust to stay anywhere so I went to my family event and drove back home.

There was ink on the comforter, and the t.v. remote looked like a tiny dog had chewed on it, but the rest of our stay was wonderful. See you in May for a wedding.

Mattresses was very uncomfortable. My back & hip hurt so bad in the mornings. Saw & killed 2 roaches in the room. Flooring was coming up in a few spots. Check in employee was very nice.
