Great stay. Nothing to complain about. Only thing to note is that there's a pool in the photos used for Hotels.com but it's been filled in at some point. We weren't looking to swim but did want to make note of that for others.

Stayed here a few times before and it was great this past weekend checked in and was charged twice for my room called and notified the receptionist and she went back and forth with me about it even after I called the bank then asked her for a room on the front side and was told there wasn’t any available. Later that night and the next morning these same rooms was available in the front.

Bed was not comfortable for me, was firmer than my liking and could feel the springs. I could tell their maintenance was in a hurry because their painting went over the shower and tub spout, toilet paper holders, mirrors, and etc. Still had paint chips in the floor. I guess there's a reason it's one of the cheapest places around. Not too bad about that though.

doors to rooms not very secure, tv remote did not work, maybe needed batteries. door to one room was very hard to open and close. door to another room was not properly secured. the shower head in room was expoesed at the wall and moved around freely.

Pros: pre-check in made it easier when we got there, convenient location, friendly staff, the room was spacious Cons: I requested a floor level room because of a disability but was put upstairs. Normally we just deal with it but the steps were so steep it was dangerous. The room had a strong smoke odor smell even tho it was non smoking. When I completed the pre-checkout I put we would be leaving at 11am but our key cards quit working at 9:30am. The remote hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time with gunk all over it

When room was repainted they got paint everywhere and did not clean up. The bed only had about 2 feet between wall and foot of bed. No shampoo in shower, no facial tissue, no lids for coffee cups. The shower head had gap between base and shower wall. Breakfast had very limited options, and not even good choices.

Just OK

Pluses: The location was excellent. The people working there were friendly. We asked for a 1 pm checkout due to the bad weather and they gave us til noon, which we appreciate. WIFI worked great. Good location, there were lots of choices within a couple miles away for dining. The waterfall city park was really close. Minuses: Room felt dirty, my slippers were dirt laden after walking around the room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Walmart yogurt and white bread for toast, some stale cereal and bananas.
