For some reason housekeeping was working the front desk. She had difficulty finding my reservation and ended up double charging my card which meant I was out $200 until it got refunded in a week. Staff was nice otherwise and the room was clean.

Service desk employees were extremely polite & helpful! The room (209) was very clean however, it requires maintenance. It’s showing its age where the entry door had a large gap at the bottom, the bottom of the bathroom door had damage and has been spray painted. The shower valve plunger was nearly impossible to use and the tub spigot was excessively gapped with silicone along with other areas around the tub/shower. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was domed in the center where you felt as though you were going to roll of the ends.
