Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. The tile flooring as you walk into room was cracked and felt weak. Room had a little musky smell. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was nice. Hotel in safe area.

Room was not ready until 4:30pm. Checkout was still at 11:00 am. Good hotels over-accommodate when unexpected things happen. We waited patiently in the lobby and the cleaning staff did a thorough job but the front desk acted like this was to be expected. Many long-standing businesses in this town seems to be shuttering their doors and maybe there is a connection to lackluster service. Never a huge deal in todays world, but our "new normal" still doesn't compel patrons to return.

Hurt Back

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. There was no bathroom vanity fixture , it was capped off , so the lighting was bad there and bad in the room also due to only 2 lamps for lighting. The desk chair was an old office chair with busted adjustments, it was worn and you could not raise or lower the seat . The tub water spicket also had a steady leak of water.

There was a lot of construction. When we were trying to find the hotel it was hard to drive through the construction at night. Maybe put some lights at the entrance where to enter. The beds were uncomfortable

Not impressed

This property is showing its age. There is tons of road noise from the highway nearby. The tub has all kinds of caulking issues. The bad was very squeaky and annoying. Not enough hot water for the property. It was only warm in the morning.
