Strangers came into my room 2 in the morning with a key. So, pretty much, I got in a fight with strangers who had stayed there previously who tried to kick me out of the room I paid for.

Single worst hotel experience ever; black mold in the crumbling, protruding, water damaged shower stall walls. Shower head and water spigot were loose and couldn’t be effectively utilized from either source for bath or shower. The cherry on top: our car was stolen from in front of our room! Proprietor and/or staff never offered any commiseration, consolation, or mea culpa;instead we were double charged for another 2 nights after we left. Avoid at all costs; ultra sketchy all around.

Colonial side is ok as far as clean rooms, some rooms dont have mirrors, some tv dont work, its a hit and miss on microwave or fridges. The Ranchito side of rooms are not very clean, sometimes seems sheets are reused. The front desk staff are very kind polite good people
