Overall the hotel was decent. There were some issues that made the stay not “excellent.” The room was not very clean- we used the sofa bed and under the sofa and box that the twin size bed was in had crumbs and trash, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was cold and tasteless and staff serving breakfast were rude.

There were homeless everywhere and they were asking for money at restaurants and wandering all the parking lots. It felt like they might break into vehicles over night, so I was very worried about my vehicle and going out for food in the area

This is the second time dtsying here. The first was fabulous...breakfast was wonderful. This time the TV didnt work, the towels are getting to worn, the air conditioner wined all night, the breakfast for me was just okay. I don't think we will return here...perhaps we need to look for something different.

This is a beautiful, apparently new hotel with extremely easy access to those travelling on I-40. Welcoming staff and plentiful free breakfast Although close to highway, the rooms very very quiet and comfortable. Many restaurants nearby including within walking distance.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay! It was clean! I felt comfortable and relaxed. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool was kind of small but it me and my family had fun. The breakfast was good, there was a lot of options. Even my daughter who is usually picky was able to eat good. The ONLY thing I didnt like was there was sketchy people who walk around the shopping mall area that was across the street. But we had no problems and I did not see any people walking around the hotel property. Next time I plan on staying in Gallup I will definitely be back!

Everything was terrific. The only trouble we had was with the air conditioner. We couldn’t change the settings on it. So we ended up unplugging it all night. In the morning we realized there was a thermostat on the wall. So oh well! Next time we’ll check for a thermostat before trying to mess with the ac unit.

Having checked in late, we asked for a late check out. The front desk clerk did not hesitate to put the request in. He was very nice and professional. The hotel is clean from the moment we stepped in and all the way to our rooms. The only reason I give this only four stars is because of the bed. It was so hard I felt like I was sleeping on plywood. Needless to say, I didn't get much rest. Other than that, I'm thankful for a place to stay the night.
