Fred at check in service was on point and friendly. Helped with breakfast time,elevator and parking. Breakfast was hot and fresh with options to choose from. Bed was a little too hard for myself. Will be back again

Smelly mess

Hotels.com booked us a disability room without our knowledge. The room smelled as if the carpet was mildew. The carpet and in the walls was wet from the storms. Per the front desk attendant. So to change rooms would have been pointless because the other rooms smelled the same. Also the shower head was zipped tied so that it wouldn't fall from its position. Mind you it did anyway when I tried to adjust it. The shower curtain had visible urine stains and it reaked. I was given some spray to spray around the room just to make it through the night. Needless to say I'm up at 2 a.m. making this review. I feel robbed not only of my hard earned money but of my rest.
