The front desk lady was very kind and understanding. She took care the issue of bathroom roof leak. I don't remember her name. Incidentally she checked me in and out. God bless her and the establishment.

Very pleasant stay. Check in was easy. My request for a quiet room was accommodated. The room was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay - did not have to call the front desk because housekeeping had not supplied something. This I really appreciated since this has not been my experience at other hotel chains we have stayed in recent months. Breakfast was good and items promptly refilled as needed. Staff were professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The only negative thing that I have to say is that they need to clear trash cans in the foyer area promptly when the bins are full. It’s a real eye sore to walk past an overflowing trash can on the way to and from the elevator.
