Hotel was clean for the most part. AC did not want to work even after maintenance tried to fix it. TV control did not want to work. Bedroom TV freezes and turns off. Rating it as average hotel lobby was nice and clean staff were friendly but it was not a pleasant stay as I had little ones with me and they were hot in the room and annoyed with the tv.

Staff was very helpful, room was fairly clean and large, and the bed was comfortable. Had issues with the plumbing in both the rooms we had but not enough that we made a complaint. One thing that makes it so I’m not sure if we’ll book again is there is no door to the sink area of the bathroom. This made it hard for someone to get ready or use the sink if there is someone in bed sleeping because you’d wake them up.

Warm welcoming, room was perfect. (Nice upgrade) From size, comfort, bathroom, electronics, and all that comes with it. Was on point, along with a clean scented room. Front desk staff has amazing customer service. Food and drinks walking distance. Clean pool and Jacuzzi cool little spot to chill with fam and friends. Overall, I would stay here again.

Air conditioner not working. The maid service only made the beds. Didnt empty garbage cans. Didnt leave fresh towels. No toilet paper. Had to call all and ask for toilet paper, towels, fans and kleenex!!! Miserably hot. You can hear people sneeze in there room. Paper thin walls!!!

Great front desk staff. Room and bed were very comfy. Room was clean. Nice location too. Front desk supervisor and Hotel Manager were attentive and helpful. Highly recommend if you want a quiet clean comfy room at a good rate nearby Disneyland.

The overall stay wasn’t bad. However there was some miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. We booked for a king bed suite and somehow ended up with 2 double beds which was too small a bed for our liking (it was 2 of us, my partner and I). The hotel was not holding accountability at all for the mistake nor was Expedia. They stated they called the hotel and no king bed suites were available when we did see some available on the Marriott website. Once we got there we did speak with Ryan who was at least able to get us a 2 queen bed suite but it would’ve been nice to have our original booking.
