The property was great super close to Disney . Only problem was parking ! Parking was horrible !!! To be charged 29$ a night for parking & not be able to find parking is not okay! Also parking spaces were superrrrrr small it was a tight squeeze to get out the car.

While this is normally my go to stay during aia dance nationals I will not stay here again. The good and room are great and the service is usually good but my after check out experience was enough for me to never return. I checked out on 2.18.25 and to date 3.1.25 I still have not received my deposit refund. According to my bank they are still waiting for a final total and for the hotel to release my funds. I called and explained that I was still waiting and Maria (front desk manager) was nasty and kept telling me call my bank every though i explained they sent me to the hotel for answers. I asked for a manager and she said I’m the manager so then I had to ask who was higher than her who could assist. I have nothing to say bad about Delta Hotel but Maria is very nasty and that’s enough for me to spend my money else where.

Plumbing issue in our room was not addressed despite our phone call (bathroom sink was filling up with murky water from the drain!!). We also alerted staff to water leaking from the ceiling of the dining area that they had not yet noticed. This property needs a maintenance overhaul.
