The entire staff was fantastic, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice place to stay. The bus service to Disneyland was also great.

Everything was great, and I really liked the free breakfast and evening snacks/drinks. Parking spaces were very small and pullout couch was not comfortable, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Embassy suites is not staffed adequately. Very poor service. Keys stopped functionally. Aunt crawling on the floor. No fan vent in the shower. Restroom would be super hot due to no fan vent. Elevators stopped working. Had to walk mother in law with a pacemaker down many flight of stairs. More issues than I can remember.
