We went on the long weekend, it was super packed, the check-in got delayed. The room is dated. One of my friends got bed bite and the 7 years old kid got severe rash after spending time at the water. The water wasn't super clean, the lazy river was very dirty. I am not sure if I would go during the holiday again.

My room had paint chipping of the walls. It was dirty under the sink, there was no light in the shower and the carpet had stains. In the water park area, I could see a lot of areas that have been uncleaned for some time. The lighting is dingy through out the hotel and we waited about 45min in line to check in because the Kiosks couldn't print my wrist bands. The positive is that my daughter didn't notice any of it (except the 45min wait) because she had a blast. The center of entertainment for the kids is spot on.
