It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The Starbucks downstairs is such a nice perk and the excellent shuttle bus to Disneyland (Shout out to the morning driver who goes above and beyond). It was so magical. Thanks!

Easy check in, quiet room. Good shuttle service to and from Disneyland all day for $7 per person. We had the weekend breakfast buffet and it was great with nice healthy options. I would recommend this hotel.

Property was very nice. On site parking was easily accessible and well lit. Most staff were superb. Especially the young gentleman at the front desk. My room was clean, however it was dated and worn down, including an uncomfortable mattress. This was disappointing. Stars- Room 2.5. Property 4+. Front desk 5. For my particular stay.

First of all; Don’t get me wrong, the staff themselves were amazing & professional from the last time I stayed at this location over a year ago. Just the experience of the room alone left me embarrassed, and furious inside, but i literally bite my tongue and remain humble the entire 1 night stay. Wish I would get REFUNDED for the let down. I had a last minute choice of booking the place to make last week, knowing my experience I had last year by being Wowed by the Nice of a room stay, I figured this would be the same again, knowing that I was making this reservation this time, than my sons mother making her arrangements with her branch of hotels she works with. I was hoping that they will experience a nice place that I remember, but it was a disaster. I was given a room that had NO view itself with a blue tarp of some sort that covered a fence, which had us feeling so uncomfortable, especially the sliding door being locked with a gap in the doors with cold breeze coming in. I go and request for another room. I thought I was getting a better room, but it got worse as we were given a handy cap room with a very odd glass divider to the room and very dark. We did not enjoy the stay as it was very uncomfortable. As we also noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling. What was the worst was that one of our towels that I chose to use for the shower the next morning; the towel had a bad brown stain on it like it was used by someone. I have a picture of it but there is no option to send here
