There were some small details that really showed the hotel’s commitment to guests’ enjoyment: 1. There were two luggage racks. (Two guests!) 2. A walking stick and binoculars were provided in the room. 3. There was free EV charging on-site. 4. Free s’mores were provided for toasting in the fire pit by reception, which brought the guests together. 5. The adjacent restaurant (The Mine) served good quality food at a decent price. 6. Nice hot tub. 7. We had a minor maintenance issue, and the maintenance man arrived to fix it within five minutes. 8. There’s a water bottle filling station in reception. 9. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. At one point, one of the staff walked back down the stairs to open a door for us! 10. This place is right next to the approach to Yellowstone NP.

The first room I was given was left open by the cleaning staff. They had these crazy bugs that were all over the walls and ceiling. I was given another room and was upgraded. The second room was very nice.

Helpful and efficient staff, nice firepit, easy parking, near downtown, rundown property: bathroom door had holes, paint chipped in bathroom and room, decent bed, very thin walls and ceiling...little sleep with noisy children above. Hot tub fence in adjacent to parking lot...dreadful. Hot drinks in lobby appreciated. Definitely a two-star property and not the. promised 3-4 star property listed on Trip Advisor, etc. Very near to Yellowstone Park which was great.

Ameika checked us in, and she could not have been any sweeter! She gave us a rundown of the great amenities, including a hot tub, free laundry facilities, free s’more kits for the many fire-pits, and more. We stayed in one of the well outfitted cabins. It was clean, modern, and cozy - complete with a kitchen, books, and a couple of TV’s. Perfect for a longer stay and perfect for the one day of our late season trip where it rained and snowed. We definitely will return.

Cabins are great

Gardiner is a smaller town with limited choices, I think the Ridgeline was the best choice in this town, we stayed in one of the cabins, very limited kitchen, small bedroom. Shower was excellent. It was comfortable for the few days we stayed.

We were not impressed with Gardiner, and would not stay here again. It felt like a small dying town in October. The dining options were limited. This hotel was adequate, but they really need a bathroom update! The bedroom area and beds were good. If you do stay here, definitely get a river view room.
