Wonderful, peaceful stay

We love Brookside Lodge / Resort! Everything from check in to check out was wonderful . Our balcony room overlooked a rushing river and the sound of it was heavenly. We wished we weren’t moving on so fast, but we will definitely be back.

Great location. We stayed in the old part. It is a bit ruff and needs some tcl.Didn't know their was a new part. Breakfast was ok. For the price its not a bad hotel. The pools were nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lots of bears! The brook is amazing!

Hotel room was nice. The internet did not really reach my room. I booked with them because they had 2 pools, one with kid activities and the other for adults. The adults pool got closed for repairs.

Hotel is amazing, good hot breakfast, a little creek in the back, close to the strip so you can walk to it, clean and friendly staff. My friends and I had a great time there

2nd time staying here and I would only recommend that you stay in the main tower 4 floor building which are deluxe rooms. The non deluxe looks shabby and very outdated.

The hotel itself was very cute with the lodge theme, however the beds there were terrible!!! In this day and age, the beds should have been extra comfy. They sunk in so bad in the middle, we all woke up feeling like our backs were broken, even my kids complained!! Overall, it was ok, not the best. Staff was nice though
