We stayed three nights while in Gatlinburg. We never had wash cloths. The only thing we were told daily when we called the desk was "if we were around when the cleaning staff was there we could have gotten some". Umm not sure that was the appropriate statement to make. Especially the morning we were checking out the cleaning staff were cutting up towels to make more wash clothes. Over all it wasn't a horrible place to stay.

An impromptu getaway proved to be very relaxing at your location!! Everyone was extremely nice & helpful!! Breakfast was great to start the day. The location was perfect for walking to all of the special shops & evenings on the balcony enjoying watching the activities.
