We appreciated that the breakfast provided both hot and cold options. Additionally, downtown Gatlinburg was within walking distance. The room was average considering the price. We had to request washcloths, toilet paper, and another hairdryer because the one in our room caught fire.

Weve always liked this hotel. Its a little outdated but its clean, comfortable & affordable. I was even sick once when we werethere & they gave us a late check out with no problems.

The property was close to a lot of attractions and parking is included (one vehicle). We walked to many places in the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. I will be staying here every time!

Better in the past

I've stayed here multiple times over many years and never rated it this low. This stay, the AC barely worked, and the pillows were really uncomfortable. There were also fewer breakfast options than before. However, the service at the front desk & in the breakfast room was still excellent, and the location is so convenient to the main strip.
