The breakfast was awful, despite all the advertising of hot and cold breakfast. It took forever to refill the stuff, quality of food was unacceptable. The room was relatively clean but they were short in clean towels and for every item we had to go downstairs. This was even worse with the terrible function of elevators. I don’t recommend it.

Not very clean

We didn’t have any issues. The only feed back I would provide is the parking pass paper work with the price you sign needs to be updated to the current price , our room was not cleaned my toddler found an empty Cason’s bottle , I found a used razor in the shower. And the. Room smelled awful. Cleaning needs to better.

Good location but nothing else is good.

The hotel is in dyer need of maintenance and updating. We had to pay $15 per day for parking which was ridiculously tight. The elevators took forever to arrive. From tge driveway to the rooms, it looks like nothing has been maintained since the 80's. The beds were clean but made a lot of noise. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Location to the strip is convenient but that is about the only plus of the hotel.

My husband and I went for a long weekend. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The room had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The ice machine was not far from the room. The fridge kept our drinks chilled to perfection. The breakfast options were more than i expected with eggs, biscuits, gravy and sausage as some of the items available. The coffee tasted great. Would stay there again.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg. Everything is walking distance. The room was very nice and clean, pools were decent too. The only downside is that parking is not included with the booking of a room.. They charge $16 to park per DAY!! You will be spending close to $40 just to park for a weekend at this location.

We were really excited to stay in this location as it is very convenient to all of Gatlinburg. The rooms are very clean. The people who check you in are very nice and knowledgeable. However if you drive a taller vehicle there is limited and very tight parking and if you wish to park in an open lot 2 blocks from the hotel it is an extra $16 per night. There is no ventilation in the elevators. There are two elevators total and a set of stairs at each end of the buiding. The fourth floor begins the accommodation s. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and extremely humid. Our room did not have a ventilation fan in the bathroom and if you have a double bed room there is not much room to go out onto the balcony on the river side.

Felt outdated. Pool was over run with unsupervised children. Horrible smells in areas. Mattresses need replacement there were "holes" formed in the springs. Breakfast was good and employees over it were very attentive.

The only issue was make sure when you are booking to make sure they give you correct room. I booked a riverside room and was told they didn’t have that for me and there wasn’t anything they could do knowing I paid extra. Frustrating to say the least. Our view was a wall on the side of the hill behind the hotel.

The check in was very quick and easy. This is my second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very convenient to everything on the main strip. The only things I didn’t like is that there were many children at the pool late at night and not being supervised. They were climbing all over the rocks (that stay stay off) and then diving into the pool. I did say something to the sfaff and they did nothing. I was worried they were going to get hurt. Another thing was the air conditioner in our room kept making a dripping noise all night that kept us awake all night.

Comfortable and convenient no frills

Nice hotel and convenient to downtown. Unfortunately it’s located next to the Mystery Mansion attraction which blasts creepy music from 3-10pm so relaxing on your balcony is difficult. Breakfast was a little disappointing with few choices (no bagels, donuts, or bacon, and fruit was just oranges). Balcony views of city seem deceiving since our view on the 5th floor was partially blocked by big tree. Price was good and would probably stay again but be more picky about which room next time.

Not until after booking and paying for room did we find out we have to pay to park onsite, makes no sense to me to pay to park where you are already paying to stay. Worst part, the parking places are so small i couldn't get out of either my door or the passenger door of my car. I weigh 150. Literally had to climb out of the back. This was not due to the spot I was in, I saw others having to do this as well. For the parking alone I would not stay here again.

Loved it!

We wanted to stay somewhere different after visiting the area many times. Wow! We were highly impressed by the location, the view, the hotel itself and its front desk associates. The underground parking was convenient. The only drawback was the $16 a day parking fee not included in the room. Bed was super comfy, room was clean and the balcony gave a spectacular view of the town and mountains. Elevators were quick and easy too. We did not partake in the free breakfast but it smelled good. We would def book here again.
