Excellent stay! Close and convenient for walking downtown. Clean. Staff even left towels outside our door when we slept in for next day. Would stay here again!

Room ok parking horrible.

The front desk people were nice but when we checked in we told them our truck wouldn’t fit in parking garage spaces that were available.so they told us park a couple blocks down. We told them we would not be back until late going to baseball tournament. They gave us a paper to give to gate house. Well at 10:30 pm there is no gate person and can’t get in. Not to mention just seen a big bear and didn’t want to walk two blocks in the dark. Tried calling no answer. So parked on the street in front of hotel go in to lobby the lady tells us oh it’s fine to park in street. First shift should have told us that.

Our “Mountain View” room was just a view of the top part of the pools windows/roof. Our only view was to stare through a window at the swimming pool or the small parking lot next to it lmao.

This is a hotel my family and I will likely stay at anytime we are in the area. The rooms are nice, having a balcony is a good added feature and the pool and hot tub area are excellent

Loved that the property is surrounded by mountain on one side and stream on thee other! I do wish breakfast was served earlier; 7 is a little late for those guests heading to the park for hiking. Parking at trailheads fills up quickly.

This property was easy to get to, it was in walking distance to shopping and dinning. It was very quiet in our mountain view room. It's not a new property but well maintained. Their breakfast bar wasn't all that great, they need to add a toaster and bread.

It was an okay stay…

It was fine for the few hours that we needed it for before we could go to our air bnb the next morning. Definitely a dated hotel and the elevators took forever in the morning when it was busy. We finally just used the stairs after 3 rounds of not being able to get on elevator. Room was comfortable and deck was nice and front desk staff were friendly. We didn’t get to try the breakfast as the line was long so we didn’t want to wait. Overall the friendly staff was the best part.

Property is very old. Had food under the night stand. Sugar in the crease of the bathroom counter. Parking deck is horrible to park in. Very hard to park in spots due to small areas. Very lound when people walk down the hall it sounds like they are in the room with you. Kids running up and down hall ways screaming. The positive is downtown gatlinburg is in walking distance. The river is also pretty to look at.

Nice hotel. Free breakfast could use another pancake or waffle station, took forever to get one. Easy walk to Main Street. We had an updated room. Elevator is slow be prepared to wait. Pool was ok.

The room was ok. The beds weren’t very comfortable. We drive a dodge ram 2500 and parking was a nightmare. It was right downtown though close to everything.

Bathroom was so small, couldn’t maneuver to close the door due to toilet location. Toilet ran non-stop during the day and at night. No high chairs in the breakfast area at all. Beds were alright, pool was pretty chilly but my kids enjoyed that the most. Also only 2 elevators and in the morning you may be waiting for 20-30 mins to get on. (Stairs aren’t accessible between the hotel room floors and the main area floors). Also the parking garage spaces are very condensed and difficult to get in and out of vehicles especially during the busy nights of our stay.
