Very Disappointed

My husband and I stay at several cabins a year and have never stayed in one that was perfect and never wrote a negative review until now. The ad says there is a hot tub nope it had about 6 inches of filthy water in it, 2 bathrooms nope the upstair shower doors were broken and the downstairs shower was not cleaned, air hockey table was a joke, duct taped and falling over, the pool table had holes in the pockets, and no chance of cuddling up to a movie as the furniture was filthy and smelly. We were extremely disappointed. The resort was very nice but this cabin should not be rented. In it's day I'm sure this was an amazing cabin but the owner obviously has no interest in upkeeping it.

Heavenly Summit

The cabin is advertised to have free wifi and it DOES NOT. I called guest services twice and they said they would fix it but never did. We tried to find the router and could not find a router anywhere in the cabin. (Which leads me to believe there was no wifi in the cabin) There were 6 guest in our party and we only had 2 wash cloths. The comforter & bed skirt in the upstairs bedroom had stains all over it. Our first night we pulled the sheets back and there was hair all in the bed. The cleaners could do a way better job! The shower door in the upstairs bathroom gets stuck and it pretty hard to slide. Just a few of the things I can remember.

Heavenly Summit glad thankful for the 1/2 off promotion

My best friend and I decided to have a little girls weekend getaway trip. This was our experience. On our way up we were delayed due to the road closure on 441 that put our check-in time a lot later than expected. So the virtual check-in was a plus. It was super easy to do thr morning before our departure. Thank goodness for that. We lucked out getting to rent this cabin 1/2 off as a promotional price. Some of our must haves when finding a cabin to rent was reasonably priced, location in coordinance to town and a hot tub. This place had that and more with the pool table and mini arcade. As much as we did enjoy the amenities the cabin had to offer if it weren't for 1/2 off I would be disappointed in our rental due to the condition of the cabin and some of the lacking kitchen equipment. First with the cabin condition- you can tell that many people have enjoyed their stay at this location due to the worn furniture that should be replaced and the severely scratched up floor. All I could think to myself is "they better not charge us for any of these pre-existing damages". The bathrooms also had molding caulk around the sliding shower door. The main floor shower door was broken to where it was difficult to slide open and shut. My girlfriend went to cover herself up with a fleece blanket to get cozy and she said it smelled like urine. When setting up my baby's swing in the livingroom I found a hairball on the floor that had dust bunnies in it like it was blown out from under the couch. Leading me to the point of the cleaning could be a little more thorough. Being it wasn't filthy and we are both moms of several children a little dirt doesn't deter us from enjoying ourselves, but again, if paying full price we would've been greatly disappointed. Secondly, when we tried to cook our meals we noticed in cooking lunch and dinner the kitchen was lacking some basic kitchenware, no toaster, baking sheet or spatula. Fortunately we were able to use some things we had brought for a substitute for the equipment that was not provided. So it was a minor inconvenience for us. Overall, the views were beautiful, the virtual check-in was fast and easy, and the amenities that was there work amd made for a very enjoyable time.

My family loved the cabin. It was such a great location close to pigeon forge and the cabin was very cute. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay. Owners of cabin were very good at communication when needed.

Fall Trip

Visited the cabin for a 4 night fall trip. Location was convenient to all activities. We have stayed at several VRBOs and I would rate this property below average. Limited supplies in the kitchen. We did not cook any meals, but it would have been a challenge with the pots and pans in the cabin. Air hockey table needed repaired, no wash cloths or hand towels supplied with the linens. No clothes hangers in any closets. Check in was annoying with having to upload a photo ID and then call the management company to have it verified. Beautiful views from the decks, but unlikely that I would stay here again or recommend this property..

Great place to stay

We only stayed two days but this was exactly what we needed. The cabin was clean and the game room hot tub was perfect for the kids. Would definitely recommend this cabin to all.

This place was a home away from home. Only issue was we rented a cabin with hot tub, the hot tub didnt work. They didnt fix it, and still charged full price. The veiw from the back was breathtaking.
