Outside rooms were sketchy and dark. But staff worked out for us to have an enterior room which felt very safe. Was disappointed because it said breakfast included and failed to say only on sat and sun. So that was a bummer. Over all smells good, nice staff, and pool was neat. But 18 and older not allowed on hot tub AND pool hours say to 11 but 10 to 11 is adult only. So i would call with soecific details because these werent listed when i booked.

We had great time at this hotel. It’s very close to Parkway and you can walk everywhere instead of driving in the traffic. Also, you can get to the hotel using backway to avoid traffic coming and going. There’s a pancake house just few minutes away and it was great homemade food. The hotel was very pretty during holidays. The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful. The pool was great with separate area for kids vs adults. We didn’t eat buffet breakfast but did order breakfast from their menu and it was great. Also, their restaurant for lunch or dinner is good too. We had pizza. It was never crowded so we never had to wait for a table. The only negatives were WiFi was hit or miss on the tablet but it worked great on our phones. Also, we were on the 5th floor and only one elevator went there (the side one) and lobby one only went to the 4th. It looked like because of decorations on top of elevator. We had a great view from our balcony on a Gatlinburg, space needle and mountains. I wouldn’t suggest getting pool side rooms since it’s very loud there with pool and people constantly being there. We grilled outside and had seen a bear on a property coming by, great experience. Also, lots of parking and we never had issues with parking even during busiest weeks of the year.

Great place to stay! I traveled with my three boys and we felt very welcome. The staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was amazing. My middle son and I ate at the restaurant every day; we stayed over Christmas, and they were open daily with smiles and great service. The wings and fry plate were our favorites! We already want to rebook for this Christmas. The only downside was the indoor pool wasn’t heated (just the hot tub), and there was a smell in the hallway on our last day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The sliding glass doors and bathroom door did not lock. Noise from outside parking lot and street was highly audible from inside the room even with the sliding doors shut, making sleep difficult. Beds were comfortable enough and rooms were clean. The pool reeked of chorine and was usually crowded. Good location.

The room smelled of bleach and the metal in the room was rusted. The bleach was so bad we had to check out. They offered another room but after the first one I just didn’t want to risk my health I have asthma bad. The pool was open until a certain time then the adults had it. Don’t really know about that and our room was right in front of the swimming pool. They should had refused us, no money is worth risking your health. Lesson learned stay with what you know when you are traveling.
