We had great communication with the owner from the time of booking. The house was clean, and we organized a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner on the first day. Over the next few days, we visited Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. At the house, the pool table and the hot tub kept everyone entertained.The highlight was seeing a family of bears near the house on the last afternoon! It was a fantastic weekend!

Such a beautiful cabin, gorgeous mountain views, and a wonderful host! Our family was blessed to have the opportunity to stay in Ana's cabin with all the amenities of home for a week during our family vacation this year. The cabin was so clean and cozy, and everyone enjoyed the sparkling clean hot tub! Our proximity to Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountains National Park, and Dollywood was perfect! Family Getaway

Plenty of room in the house for extended family. Owner was very responsive to all messages. There were several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty but other than that the house was very clean. The heating and cooling was weird. The upstairs bedroom would get hot while the main level areas would stay cold (we stayed during the fall). I wish the house had extra bath/kitchen linens. There was just enough so we actually had to wash towels a few times. Overall a great house. We will consider staying there again.

Great vacation just a little disappointed

We booked this listing for my 70th bday with my family of 11. We had plenty of room for all of us & was pleased with most of the accommodations. We did have multiple problems with the electronic front door. The door doesn’t fit properly in the door frame so we figured out that we had to pull or jiggle it for it to lock properly. I did address this to Ana & she did try to help, but we sometimes had to lock it from the inside & go out the back door. There was also black mold in the washing machine. I did send a picture to Ana, but she did not address this issue. We did not use the washing machine. I don’t think it should be listed in the amenities if it’s not usable. We were able to see a little bit of the mountains, but not as shown in the pictures. I get that trees grow taller, but some new pictures do need to be posted, because the view is not as shown on this listing. With Ana in Florida & her cleaners in Tennessee I don’t believe she knows what is being cleaned properly. There is a turntable by the stove that holds pots & pans. We had to wash some of these items before using because they were not clean. The white turntable that holds all of these items is really dirty. Also visibly dirty was the blinds in the nook area in the kitchen. I didn’t mention the dirty items to Ana. I texted & called her enough. We just dealt with it. I’m mentioning it so Ana can address these areas to her cleaners. I do a lot of VRBO’s & the first thing I do before booking is read the reviews.

Family vacation

Great location and plenty of room for our winter vacation. Our grandkids range from 5 to 8 and they loved the family room downstairs. Pool table, hot tub, big scree tv and stadium seating. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 and the master bedroom was perfect. Will definitely recommend to family and friends for future vacations.

Great stay!

We had a great week at the cabin! We loved Gatlinburg. Everything about the listing was accurate. The view from the front porch isn’t as clear of the mountains right now (as seen in the photos) because the trees have grown in more. We had an issue with the water pressure one day, which ended up being a problem with the water main feed. We called Ana right away and she had someone there to fix it in no time. She was very responsive.

PROS: Anita was responsive. Location was perfect. Space accommodated all in my party comfortably. Beds were comfortable (except pullout couch, which is normal). CONS: while the check in process was digital, you had to create your own pin code and the process to do so was long and the key pad was challenging. Previous places I have stayed, the owner would handle the changing of the pin and just let me know what my pin is. The place has several functional issues. The pocket door to the master bath was not functional. The light in the master was working only half the time and one of the bulbs were out. The light in the fridge was out and the owner told me where the bulbs were in the bottom level and I had to replace it. The door knob to the exterior door in one of the main level bedrooms was broken. You could just pull it right off the door. I reported all of this to the owner and she knew about them already which was disappointing why these weren’t cared for before my stay. The biggest concern was the black mold in the bottom level bedroom. It was extensive. I reported it and the owner asked us to spray with bleach cleaner we found in the home. She sent her cleaning crew out to try and clean it too and they advised they have reported it to the owner many times and she has not done anything to fix it. I discussed this with the owner and she did admit there was some pipe leak a few weeks before but she didn’t realize how bad it was. She had her handyman come out to cut it out

Cabin Weekend

Overall, it was a nice cabin and property. It was clean, had plenty of amenities, and was in a good location. I do think the views weren’t as good as advertised, but you could still see some mountains from certain windows. Not much view on front porch or back deck. However, I would stay again!

70th Birthday Family Reunion week

We had a very enjoyable stay. Communication with the Owner was good. She had some deferred maintenance issues with the property that she was not aware of. I believe that she was addressing those issues after we left so they should not be a problem for others. The cabin was located in a very scenic neighborhood with a couple of pools, although we did not visit them. We enjoyed Dollywood, white water rafting and Hillbilly Golf while there. We love Gatlinburg!

Mountain views

We enjoyed our stay in the mountain cabin. A beautiful view and plenty of room. We loved sitting on the front porch looking at the sunrise above the mountains. The view from the back was great too. The cabin needs a little TLC but otherwise a great stay.

Nice cabin

The owner was very easy to talk to throughout the trip. When we arrived there was no power due to a high wind storm. She immediately checked with the power company and updated us frequently. Any other issue that we had, which was minor things, she acted to resolve quickly. The kids/teens loved the basement area and the sunset from the back deck was fabulous!

Spring break cabin get away

Great stay at this cabin. One of the best stocked cabins I’ve had the joy of staying in (and we do this nearly every year). This cabin does great for families. We had plenty of room across three families.
