Nice location on creek-- we hung out by the patio behind the hotel a couple times. Breakfast service was a bit below par-- the staff were challenged to keep up with the guests partaking in the breakfast. The food didn't have a lot of flavor.

Way below Humpton Inn Standards

There was only one person at front desk No water were offered as in other Himpton inns where you get free water also needed a shower cap she did not have anyone to bring it to my room and on TV cannot watch nothing no Netflix no prime nothing other than scroll through channels. Breakfast there was no coffee.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was not the same as the photos. A pine tree in the entrance of the hotel needs to go, you can not see to pull out onto the road. Staff was very nice.

Great location. Not on the Parkway but that was good. Red trolley picks up right at hotel. Could walk to main drag (1/2mile) in about 10-15 minutes

Nice quick trip

Nice lounge area outside, just wish it was bigger. Not enough room for everyone who wanted to come outside. Dog friendly but very little green space.

We loved everything about this hotel. STAFF was excellent. Clean- comfortable- rooms are nice size- parking is great- WE WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY NEXT YEAR!!!

Check in was terrible as they had our reservation messed up and tried to put us in the wrong room. Once that was corrected we couldn’t access the Wi-Fi but Ramon at the front desk was helpful in getting it corrected. The room also had problems as the cabinet door that covers the refrigerator was barely on and needed to be repaired or replaced. The GFCI receptacle in the bathroom constantly tripped and had to be reset. The rubber stop for the sliding shower door kept coming out and we had to replace it multiple times. The pillows on the bed were worn out and the maid could not put a fitted sheet on correctly. We had to ask twice for towels and they were not replaced even though we put the dirty ones outside our door. Even the food for breakfast was not good and was the same 2 out of 3 days we stayed. My rant can go on and on, but the truth is we are Hilton Honors members and I promise you we will not stay in this hotel again until things are better.
