It's a little run down as a property The address details are confusing The property is called Saddle ridge but the address is 816 High Mountain rd. When you are looking for it the 8 is missing from the property number The electronic door lock didn't work and codes we received would not work we had to call to get in every time door was locked The hot tub didn't work There is no clear mountain view There is a big bear around that opened our car and climbed in when we were 20ft away We could not open the front door to escape as the lock didn't work. The whole estate is on a mountain so very steep roads House is well organized with everything you would need Good AC and hot water The property management team did a reasonable job when we called to open the front door remotely apart from when the bear was right there and they wouldn't open the door so we could escape as they couldn't find the reservation.

Needs some major repairs

Keypad locking front door couldnt get in with code. Had to call a few numbers at 11pm to be able to enter. Wasnt able to enter until after midnight. Alarm system is faulty and felt unsafe leaving the house. Light bulbs were half burned out with missing lamp covers. Hot tub outside wouldnt heat up. The water got cold after 1 shower. Mold in the corners in bathrooms. Hair in the showers. Door handles were broken and got locked out of the bathroom. The locks on windows were broken. The door locks to the house didnt work could just push the door open. The lower level entry door had been tampered with what looks like bear scratching at it. Brought a cargo hitch carrier that i had to empty and drop at the end of the driveway. The driveway was too steep it scraped going up.
