Staff was friendly and accommodating. Ran into a few issues, but they were quickly resolved. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, but wished there were tubes or floats available for the lazy river. All in all, a decent stay.

The room was good not great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The Elevator was out of order the last day. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry everything down to the lobby. I would stay there again just fix the Elevator.

Room smells like chemicals and with 30 minutes of being in the room found a roach crawling on the bed. Moved to another room wear the ac unit did not work wouldn't even turn on.

The room was very dark and very dated.There was tile falling off the tub. Lobby was very dirty so we skipped breakfast, there are better options for the aame price nearby

Staff was super nice, room was waaaay better than expected! I had the king size with the jacuzzi inside the room. Very spacious. Overall the hotel amenities were good, hot tub and pool was my favorite part! The temperature was great! Walking distance from food and attractions. The breakfast was my least favorite but it was fresh and smelling good. I will definitely choose it again.

Room was great and clean. The pool area was freezing, not sure if there was any heat in the room. The pools were both freezing cold. The hot tub was only hot 2 of the 4 days we were there. And many times the key pad wouldn’t accept the combination to let us in. Breakfast was great every morning. Big variety and hot food was always hot.
