The hot tub inside by the pool was dirty. Some of the foam was brown and some black streaks on the foam. A glob of hair was floating around when we got there. Of all the times we've stayed there it was NEVER that dirty.

Great accommodations!!

Really nice rooms, comfortable and clean! I personally love to take a nice hot bath when I’m traveling so I love that this hotel has a separate shower and tub and also that it has a refrigerator and coffee pot.

The room, and bathroom, were spacious and clean. However, the walls were paper-thin and you could hear people all night long. In fact, the walls were so thin there was a hole in one. There were several dining options, but only one is open to families. I know it is difficult when persons under 21 are not allowed in most areas of a casino, but it did not appear that room service was offered. I am also completely over these resort fees. The resort fee claims to cover the, get this, bottled water, pool, fitness center and Wi-Fi. I am now paying for the Wi-Fi that is already available in the casino for free? And, since I can't opt out of the pool and fitness center I am not going to use - I paid $25 for two bottles of water, that they will also give me in the casino for free. I would not stay again.

Great stay the manager Vincent front desk was very understanding after we brought to his attention some issues in the room Lamp did not work Bed was squeaky etc We did have an issue with the Fireside Kitchen Food was partially cold they had to redo the whole 2 meals - we waited and when we asked Dalton the mgr to possible offers us a small discount for the issues we had he as not nice and he plainy said “we redid the foo” and yes we do have issues with the cold plates after he spoke with his chef. He was not nice about it at all and we are repeat / loyal guests. Also after we asked for a late ck out and pay for it at a discount Vincent gave us / the key was not programmed correctly so we had to take time to redo that They also don’t have staff to come and pick up the luggage. I had to get the cart for the lobby and bring back the second time we moved rooms The 1st day the person checking in had to do it for me
