Rooftop pool was unique but crowded. Lamps in rooms had broken on and off switches. We had to unplug to turn off the lights. Loved soap and shampoo but toilet paper could have been better. Just enough coffee for one day and no maid service until checkout.

I asked for room service to come two days in a row and they never came. I stayed for 5 nights here and room service never came once! Absolute bull! I went to the front desk before leaving for the day around 9am. I came back at 10pm and nothing. Horrible.

The bath tub kept draining as i was filling it and while bathing. I had to listen to the sound of water draining during my whole "relaxing" bath. This was the biggest let down because i usually love their bath tubs! I also do not like how you have to take lots of elevators to get anywhere from your room or to your room from parking garage. It was very confusing last visit.

The pool and the hot tub hours were the best in town. The website said that there was a bar in the pool area. This is not true. That’s ok it was still nice.
